New Charter & By Laws

On Thursday March 20, 2014 the members voted on the Revised Charter and the New By Laws:

We have currently 108 paid up members. In order to have a quorum we needed 56 members to vote. We had 5 online votes and at the International 52 members present and voting. We archived the quorum by just one vote.

The results are the following:

For the Revised Charter and the New By Laws:

37 In Favor

5 Not in Favor

15 Abstain

So the Revised Charter and the New By Laws are approved and will replace the currently posted Charter in the next days.

For the motion presented by Garry Walker:

32 In Favor

10 Not in Favor

15 Abstain

So the motion is carried and the change is reflected in the Revised Charter as posted.
