Ric Cameron (R.I.P, Ric)
Ric Cameron was one of the most highly respected of all CMSG members. He was always a pleasure to play with. Ric was one of the founding members of the Society and he managed the fledgling society from 2002 when it was founded until 2004 when it was officially inaugurated. Ric was the “driving” force in many ways, not least by ferrying all the early members to play at various courses in his minivan. In the intervening years, Ric has also been Treasurer and Club Captain at Maejo. Ric was awarded Honorary Life Membership in 2020. The Committee were unanimous in agreeing an annual competition to honour the memory of one of CMSG’s favourite and most respected members.
