We had today on the 1st of January a total of 36 players coming out to play in the first Annual Hangover Competition. as expected we had some difficulties fro the start or better before the start, we were informed that some Caddies have not shown up for work which meant that we had to share one Caddy for two players. Some players than had trouble to find their bags and some lost their Score Cards.
Miraculously we started on time at 10:04 am with Richard Brown hitting as the first member on Hole # 1 for the CMSG to start 2016.
It was good to see a sizable field of our members coming out to experience the recently transformed once more front nine. The improvements are very notable and are definitely good ones. The Course was in fantastic conditions and we can only encourage our members who did not play the course yet to go there and check it out.
The Scoring was all over the place, we had in 3rd place with 34 points Frank Schwarz, in second place with 36 points Rob Grootenhuijs and the overall Winner with an impressive 43 points was Jomo Mac Dermott.
